FILE FORMATS ACCEPTED

I can work with vector images, JPEGS, PDF (high quality), scanned photo graphics and BMP. Images can be scaled and often meet the required 300 dpi quality to deliver the end product that your require. Any image less than 300 dpi will potentially affect your finished gift, but I will communicate these proofs with you and offer suggestions if quality is compromised. Cell phone pictures do not have high quality color image, so it is not recommend.

SUBMITTING IMAGES

Have your photo digitally turned into fun artwork!  Print it, use it as your desktop image, or make a greeting card out of it.  It'll make a great personalized birthday or farewell gift for your family or friends.  For caricature or other artwork, the JPEG and PNG size will vary from your original picture size with a maximum size of 8X10 inches with 300 dpi resolution.  Pictures will be sent via email for draft review and final delivery.  For Caricature, it will be helpful if the person's photo is facing front forward showing full facial features.  Typically a portrait will have around 80-90 percent resemblance of the original photo.  To ensure reasonable price, detail work will be focus more on the face and shoulder.

As all personalized gifts are made to order, mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. Please take your time to consider your wording and spelling when placing an order for personalized gifts. I will send you a mock up or proof which will require your approval. I will communicate with you through-out the process via phone and/or email to ensure that your item arrive safety and in plenty of time for your event. It takes me between 2 to 5 business days to complete a personal caricature, other artwork or sending out products.  In case you need it sooner, please let me know after you place the order online.

HOW TO ORDER

Once you are happy with your selection of goods, and if appropriate, have approved the proof by email, you will then proceed to paying for the goods by Pay Pal. Once payment has been received, this will constitute your order. You will receive a payment receipt through Pay Pal once I receive your order. Owing to the nature of goods being personalized, there will be no provision for amendments after payment has been made - so please check your work carefully (check twice-pay once). However, I will replace or resolve any mistakes that I have made during the process, if any, in creating your gift.

Offensive material:

I will not produce offensive or provocative material, be it pornographic, illegal or provocative messages or images. I will entertain tongue-in-check, innuendo and high-brow humor - after all our strategy is to please not to offend. If you ask the question "is this offensive", more than likely it is.

Your images/designs:

If you supply your own images or designs, then they will remain yours. I will not reproduce your designs/artwork.

Sharing and Selling Information:

VEJGIFTS is a family home-base business; therefore, I DO NOT share, sell, lend or lease any of the information that uniquely identifies a subscriber (such as email addresses or personal details, photos, artwork, etc.). Photos/artwork are permanently erased within 1 month of submission.
